Food, fun, and friendly support for all students can be found in the Barrel Student Center II. Meet colleagues for breakfast or lunch in the Stagecoach Dining Hall, which features a wood-fired pizza oven, a large grill, a soup/salad bar, and a wok station. Grab a snack from the vending area or a coffee from the MWU Café. Barrel II offers spacious study lounges with private meeting rooms, and it is also the home of the Matthews Bookstore. Immediately adjacent are basketball and sand volleyball courts as well as a large Ramada, which provides a covered picnic area for special events, campus cookouts, and informal gatherings.
